I started in SEO and customer support — roles that gave me a front-row seat to how businesses actually operate day-to-day. Every week, I watched teams waste hours on repetitive tasks: copying data between spreadsheets, manually routing leads, writing the same follow-up emails over and over.
When AI and no-code automation tools reached a real tipping point around 2023, I went all-in. I built my first production systems in n8n and GoHighLevel, connecting AI models to real business workflows. The results were immediate — a med spa client went from 45-minute lead response times to under 60 seconds.
Since then I've deployed 15+ agentic systems across med spas, SaaS companies, and agencies. Everything from job application automation pipelines and smart email reply agents to B2B lead generation systems and voice AI receptionists.
